Our Story

Named for light.

Everybody we know is hustling. Early shifts, late nights, errands stacked on errands, a mom running on three hours of sleep, a student with an exam in the morning and a to-do list that never ends.

And somewhere along the way, getting through the day started to cost us. The jitters, the crash, the “I'll rest later” that never came.

We believed there had to be a better way to keep going. So we built Lumika.

The name comes from lumen, the word for light. We wanted to bring a little of it back to the grind. Matcha whisked the right way. Fresh fruit teas. Cold brew made slowly. Real energy that feels steady and clean, so you can keep chasing your goals and still feel good while you do it.

Then we put it all on a cart and rolled out to meet you where you already are. Markets, offices, study breaks, sunny corners of San Diego.

Because we don't think the hustle is going anywhere. We just think it can taste better and feel better.
